When a preposition comes before a pronoun, use the objective form of the word: me.

  • Do you want to go with me?
  • He threw the ball at me.

It’s also okay to use "me" when "I" is the grammatically correct choice:

  • A: Who is it?
  • B: It’s me.

The grammatically correct thing to say in the example above is "It’s I," but no one says that.
