Present Tense: ask / asks

She asks the teacher a lot of questions. 

Present Continuous Tense:

She’s asking a question.

Past Tense: asked

She asked a question.

She asked the teacher a question.  

Infinitive: She wants to ask a question.

Gerund: Asking questions in class shows the teacher that you are interested in the subject.
